Built on Jeeps. Built on Family.
What started as one man, a toolbox, and a promise to do things right has grown into a family-run brand dedicated to quality parts, honest work, and Jeeps that make you smile.
Our journey began in 1997 when Bill opened a one-person Jeep repair shop under the name Jeepsters. With nothing more than passion, tools, and a commitment to doing things right, Bill built a reputation for honest work, quality repairs, and helping Jeep owners keep their rigs on the road.
As business grew, Jeepsters expanded into aftermarket upgrades and Jeep sales. For years, this combination of repair, upgrades, and sales was the heart of what we did. Steady, reliable, and rooted in serving the Jeep community.
Customers began bringing in older Jeeps needing full restoration, and soon the shop was known for high-end rebuilds. That work evolved into custom Jeep stretching, a unique specialty that earned attention far beyond Florida.
During this era, we built:
- A stretched Jeep used on the set of Hell’s Kitchen
- Multiple 6+ door stretched Jeeps for customers in the Bahamas
- A stretched Jeep that holds 9 kegs with taps and a trailer with a full beer, wine, and liquor bar
- Several more custom rigs simply for the joy of creating them
After finishing our last round of stretched Jeeps, we realized the Jeep world had changed. The aftermarket world was exploding with lifts, wheels, lighting, and armor. Customers were hungry for customization, and we wanted to be part of it.
We shifted our focus fully into the aftermarket, upgrade, and build world. This was where our passion was pulling us. We wanted to help customers transform their Jeeps into something personal and head-turning.
As we dove deeper into builds, we began creating our own product line. Every Trail Ops product is hand-selected, test-fitted, and quality-tested by us before it ever reaches a customer. If we wouldn’t run it on our own Jeeps, we don’t sell it.
About a year and a half ago, we were required to change our business name since “Jeep” was in it. The transition was easy because the Trail Ops brand was already established through our product line. Jeepsters became Trail Ops, and the name has stuck proudly.
What started as Bill in a one-person shop is now a family-run business operated by Bill and his daughter Hannah. Together, we continue expanding our product line, building Jeeps daily, and bringing customer visions to life.
Since 1997: Quality first. Treat customers like family.
Build Jeeps that put a smile on your face every single time.
About Bill

Bill Coll – Founder & Owner
Bill has been building, repairing, and customizing Jeeps since 1997, long before Trail Ops became a full product line and brand. What began as a one-man shop called Jeepsters (after leaving the Navy working on F-14’s) quickly grew into a trusted name in the Jeep and off-road community.
Bill’s passion led him from simple repairs to full restorations, stretched Jeeps, and custom builds sent to places like the Bahamas and even the set of Hell’s Kitchen.
Today, Bill continues to lead Trail Ops with hands-on experience, old-school craftsmanship, and a commitment to honesty and quality. If it rolls into the shop, chances are he has touched it, fixed it, built it, or improved it.
To Bill, Trail Ops isn’t a business. It’s a lifetime of passion built into a brand.

Hannah Coll – Co-Owner & Operations
Hannah grew up in the shop, watching her father build Jeeps from the ground up. Today, she stands beside him, helping lead Trail Ops into the next generation.
From product testing to customer service to build coordination, Hannah is involved in every part of the business. Even installations. She is hands on with every new part the brand releases and ensures quality comes first.
Customers love her honesty, communication, and commitment to making every build feel personal. Hannah is helping take Trail Ops from a trusted local shop to a full-scale brand built on family, passion, and unmatched customer care.
