By providing increased stability, comfort, and ride quality on the pavement as well as improved compression damping for an aggressive, race-inspiring performance and unbeatable handling and stability off road, these shocks are the best of both worlds.
Mode Adjust. The Falcon Series SP2 3.1 Piggyback Front and Rear Shocks are created with mode adjust, meaning you can customize your shocks' performance based on your application. With a soft and performance setting, these shocks easily tune both compression and rebound for superior handling and a smooth ride.
Piggyback Design. Featuring increased oil and gas capacity over other shock designs, the Falcon Series SP2 3.1 Piggyback Front and Rear Shocks flows 6x the amount of oil, eliminates leakages, and increases clearance for large tires. The shocks also boast a front lower offset eyelet that further optimizes clearance during articulation, a rear roost guard that prevents damage from obstacles ahead, and a 3/4-inch induction hardened chrome shaft that allows for precise tuning and prevents buckling. With a 2.25-inch 6061-T6 aluminum shock body for superior heat dissipation, fixed rate damping, and 1000-hour salt spray corrosion resistance, these shocks are hardcore, durable, serviceable, and rebuildable.
Installation. Securing these shocks takes 1.5 to 2 hours. Those with moderate skills will have no problem with the installation. A bump stop extension or shim kit might be required.
Warranty. The shocks come with a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Limitations do apply, so please refer to the full warranty for more information.
