  • The TeraFlex JT: 3.5" Coil Spring Base Lift Kit includes just the basic lift components only and doesn-t have the drivability of a full suspension system. Requires longer front lower control arms or front and/or rear Sport Brackets or adjustable short or long control arms and/or adjustable front and/or rear track bars to correct suspension geometry.
    Does NOT include shocks. We recommend Falcon Performance Shocks. These are the only shock absorbers engineered to work with TeraFlex lift coil springs to improve both compression and rebound for optimal vehicle stability. Falcon Performance Shocks are available separately.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. Free Shipping promotions and standard shipping options are not available to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international destinations unless otherwise stated.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from the date the order is placed. Some orders may ship directly from the manufacturer, ship from multiple locations, or require additional processing time for custom or specialty items.

Shipping methods such as 2-Day, 3-Day, and Next Day refer to transit time only and do not include processing time.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

To initiate a return, you must contact Trail Ops to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA may be refused or subject to processing delays and restocking fees. All returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Most returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Open Box items must be returned within 7 days of purchase and are eligible for store credit only.
