  • TeraFlex 3.5" Coil Spring Base Lift Kits include just the basic lift components only and do not have the drivability of a full suspension system. Requires longer Front Lower Sport Control Arms or Front Control Arm Sport Brackets or adjustable short or long Alpine (IR) Control Arms and Front and/or Rear HD Forged Adjustable Track Bar(s) to correct suspension geometry. Does NOT include shocks. We recommend Falcon Performance Shocks or TeraFlex 9550 VSS Twin-Tube Shocks. These are the only shock absorbers engineered to work with TeraFlex lift coil springs to improve both compression and rebound for optimal vehicle stability. 3.5" Coil Spring Base Lift Kits are offered with TeraFlex 9550 VSS Twin-Tube Shocks or without shock absorbers. Falcon Performance Shocks are available separately.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. Free Shipping promotions and standard shipping options are not available to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international destinations unless otherwise stated.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from the date the order is placed. Some orders may ship directly from the manufacturer, ship from multiple locations, or require additional processing time for custom or specialty items.

Shipping methods such as 2-Day, 3-Day, and Next Day refer to transit time only and do not include processing time.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

To initiate a return, you must contact Trail Ops to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA may be refused or subject to processing delays and restocking fees. All returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Most returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Open Box items must be returned within 7 days of purchase and are eligible for store credit only.
